Supervision details
I teach people that there's a lot more to hypno-therapy than mere conventional hypnosis. All language is potentially 'hypnotic', and can quickly inspire or limit us; and some of the deepest trances are the stories we tell ourselves and the beliefs we allow ourselves to be guided by. My work with therapy clients may encompass:
- suggestion hypnotherapy
- person-centred free-association
- hypnoanalysis
- conversational hypnosis
- humanistic and transpersonal counselling
- psychotherapy and NLP techniques
- affirmations and self-hypnosis
- mindfulness and breathing exercises
- creative visualisation
I consider it important to encourage self-care and personal development with my supervisees, as well as professional development. I especially enjoy working with integrative therapists who are finding their own style and way of working with hypnotherapy. If the way that I work resonates with you and you're looking for some support, email me to arrange a chat: info@midwaleshypnotherapy.co.uk Online supervision session using Zoom - £70 (+/- 90mins)
