About me
Qualified and Registered in: Clinical Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Life/Business - Coaching and Indian Head Massage.
I have over 15 years experience of helping people to Stop Smoking; also assisting with Weight Control, Panic Attacks & Phobias.. Apart from Smoking Cessation which is a 2 session package, 4 - 6 sessions are usually required to ensure long lasting positive results. The first session will determine how many sessions will be necessary to achieve your desired outcome.
I also help people overcome many other anxiety-based problems including: public speaking, exam nerves, IBS - to name just a few.

Indian Head Massage for Relaxation
As many people enjoy the sensation of having their hair brushed or scalp lightly massaged, I now offer an ASMR type Indian Head Massage for Relaxation purposes only. The pressure to scalp is very light (or to the pressure you prefer). This can also include guided visualization for relaxation.
The therapy is carried out in a comfortable and safe setting; following a tailor-made plan, carefully discussed with you before and during the course of treatment to ensure you remain calm, confident, safe and optimistic at all times.
There's plenty of free on-street parking available and I'm a short walk from the local bus stops and only 10 minutes walk from 2 local rail stations.

Full Member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis.
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Psychology.
Level 3 EFT Practitioner,
Practitioner in Neuro Linquistic Programming
Certified Life/Business-Coach.
Certified Training in Human Development & Psychopathology (Marlin Institute)
Certified in Indian Head Massage
(The BSCH requires annual Continual Professional Development to maintain a high level of knowledge and skills)

Previously worked for many years with the Hastings & Rother Victim Support as a Counsellor
I'm based in Hastings but Home visits can be arranged as far-afield as Tunbridge Wells and Brighton

There are various types of membership of BSCH, including associate members, full members, diplomats and fellows.
