About me
I’m a wellness coach who combines my skills as a clinical hypnotherapist with NLP, EFT and CBT hypnosis.
This multi modal approach enables me to work with clients to encourage dynamic results to overcome their challenges, whether that’s anxiety, menopause symptoms, stress, weight management, phobias, stopping smoking or other addictive behaviours.
I have experience of helping people manage difficult health conditions such as cancer treatment - making it less stressful to get through.
This process also works very well for enhancing performance in either the workplace, sports or exams.
I work out of 2 offices in Nottinghamshire, and am able to offer virtual sessions which some clients prefer as they can be fitted into a busy lifestyle.
I offer a non judgmental safe space for people to get the best outcome possible.

- 25 years experience in healthcare, including 5 years at a cancer support group
- Clinical Hypnotherapist
- NLP practitioner

Member organisations
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC). Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level. All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.

Additional information
I offer a 6 session weight management program for £900, which is payable in advance.
Smoking cessation is one 2 hour session for £300, also payable in advance .

I have years of experience working with people from all different backgrounds and working in many different fields of work.
I am qualified to work with children over the age of 8 and have techniques for helping them deal with bullying, stress and anxiety in school or at home.
