About me
Often, the thing that’s bothering us isn’t quite what it first seems. A habit, a persistent worry, or a knot of stress that won't ease usually has roots sitting below the surface, shaped by experiences, beliefs, and protective reactions we’ve carried for years without really examining them.
My work is about helping you get curious about what’s actually going on underneath, so we address the real root cause rather than just managing symptoms or applying a quick fix.
To do this, I practice hypno-psychotherapy, bringing together integrative counselling, psychology, neuropsychology, and hypnosis. We look not just at what you think and feel, but at how your nervous system has learned to respond, and why. Understanding that gives us far more to work with than hypnosis alone, ensuring the changes we make together are deep, sustainable, and grounded in a genuine understanding of you.
Why Choose Me?
With an MSc in Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Human Development alongside advanced clinical and psychotherapeutic training, I bring a deeply informed academic perspective to our sessions. Rather than relying on a single method, I weave together extensive study in human psychology, professional counselling, and clinical hypnotherapy to offer a truly holistic, evidence-based approach, seamlessly combining attentive, compassionate listening with targeted mind-body work.
Your Journey, At Your Pace: We won't be following any rigid formulas or one-size-fits-all tracks. I start by listening to your story, and together we shape each session around what feels right for you. Your autonomy is always fully respected, but you won't be left to figure it out alone. My role is to actively guide, support, and facilitate the process so you can move forward with genuine clarity and confidence.
My Approach:
People sometimes worry that hypnotherapy means losing control. In reality, hypnosis is simply a state of focused, calm awareness, similar to that peaceful feeling right before you drift off to sleep or when you are deeply engrossed in a book.
My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in nervous system regulation. Through a hypnotherapeutic lens, sessions combine this calm, focused state with deep psychotherapeutic insights. By understanding how your brain and body have learned to respond to stress, we can safely examine old patterns and test out new, healthier ones.

Further information
Sessions take place in person at Havering Therapy Centre in Hornchurch, or online for clients who prefer the flexibility of working from home. In person, you'll have a quiet, private room where you can switch off from the noise of the day; online sessions offer the same calm, focused approach from wherever suits you.
I work collaboratively and at your pace, beginning with a conversation to understand what's brought you here before moving into hypnotherapy and counselling techniques tailored to your goals. My approach is integrative, drawing on hypnotherapy, psychology, and neuropsychology to look not just at what you think and feel, but at how your mind and nervous system have learned to respond - so the work addresses the root of what's going on, not just the symptoms. Sessions are relaxed and unhurried, and I often set practical exercises between sessions to help progress continue to build in everyday life.
I'm also able to offer sessions in Polish, alongside English.
