About me
Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or need help with weight management? I would love to work with you to make positive, lifelong changes. I am a fully qualified Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist (HPD, DSFH, BSc Hons) and I love what I do!
My practice is located in between Crewe and Nantwich in Cheshire but I can work with you online from anywhere in the world. I am fully insured and hold an enhanced DBS Check. (I also can help with smoking, phobias, depression, menopause...whatever you might be concerned about and want to make that change, contact me!)
Training, qualifications & experience
I trained with CPHT (Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training), widely regarded as the best Solution Focused Hypnotherapy Training school in the country. I have a Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH) and I am registered with the AfSFH and NCH. I am fully insured and hold an enhanced DBS and have a BSc Bachelors Degree.
Member organisations
The Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH) was set up to provide information about a modern form of Hypnotherapy and its associated benefits to members of the public. The main aim of the AfSFH is to spread awareness of the benefits of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. Its secondary aim is to support Hypnotherapists in their businesses by encouraging good practice and self-care.
