About me

Hello and thanks for visiting my profile.

Having had hypnotherapy myself some years ago, I know the value that this type of therapy offers and this is what inspired me to train to become a Cognitive Hypnotherapist. As I believe that hypnotherapy can help you towards becoming the best version of yourself that you can be, by freeing you from negative thoughts, habits and beliefs.

I took my time to research one of the best trainers I could find and I’m proud to say I trained with Trevor Silvester at the Quest Institute at Regents University, London.

I have a special interest in working with women to overcome difficulties with confidence, stress and anxiety, as well as working with weight loss issues, phobias, insomnia, OCD, smoking, bad habits and depression.

Having come from a background as a Specialist Teacher, I also enjoy working with children and have additional training with 'Kids Matter' to help children who are struggling with a range of difficulties from anxiety, confidence issues, bad habits, sleep issues, bed wetting and self esteem issues amongst others.  Please visit my blog page to find out more at:

Getting Started:

You can email me at:  or contact me on 07523101952 to discuss your issue.  During the first session we will discuss your issue in depth and I will suggest a treatment plan for you. At the end of this session you can decide if you want to proceed with the therapy.  You are only charged a fee (£70 or £50 for under 18's) if you decide to go ahead with the therapy. I will then send you an audio recording based on the information gained from this initial session.  As hypnotherapy is a collaborative therapy, and not something that is 'done to you', it is important that you are committed to listening to these recordings regularly as they play an important part of your treatment. Often clients are assigned tasks such as journalling, books to read or online clips to watch, that can help with their issue.  The first couple of sessions are normally a week apart and then sometimes monthly, depending on their particular problem.  Usually treatment takes between 3-6 sessions, but some can take longer.

Please feel free to get in touch if you would like to have a chat about your issue or to discuss any other issues that I maybe able to help you with, I'd love to hear from you.

If you'd like to receive a free audio recording designed to encourage relaxation and boost your immune system during these challenging times, email me on the above address.

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a hypnotherapist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the hypnotherapist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
