About me
Hi, I’m Uzma. Are you feeling stressed, anxiety, or finding it difficult to relax? Perhaps I can help by using hypnotherapy to relax your mind and body.
In our modern day lives we are constantly overwhelmed with pressure, anxiety and stress. This can have a negative effect on our well-being, relationships and even force us to indulge in habits that are destructive such as smoking or overeating. Hypnotherapy can help by giving you time and space to relax and re-calibrate.
A few years ago, I had suffered from some major health conditions. The main reason for this was that I was not taking care of myself properly. Ignoring what kind of food I was eating and not taking time for myself, it was just one job after another. Allowing the stress to Pile on and putting on a brave face for all the people around me.
Many of us suffer in silence, not allowing ourselves to take a few moments and just breathe. I believe that hypnotherapy is a great way to stop, calm our minds and bodies so that we are able to think clearly and make better decisions.
Training, qualifications & experience
When a person is calm and relaxed, they can make better decisions and have a better fuller life. In our everyday busy schedules, it can feel that we are in a constant flight or fight mode. Not able to relax and just watch the flowers grow. Being on constant alert mode increases our cortisol levels. This can affect our relationships, our diet and the decisions making abilities. Taking time to unwind and relax can improve your life in ways you did not realise or could imagine.
I am a qualified hypnotherapist from the Chrysalis Diploma in Hypnotherapy & Introduction to Counselling Skills. I am also qualified in a level 3 counselling diploma from Manchester Collage. I have over a year of experience in hypnotherapy skills.
