Clinical Hypnotherapy
I offer hypnotherapy for adults who wish to make positive changes in their lives, enhance their wellbeing, and develop greater self-awareness.

About Me
I am a Mindfulness-Based Clinical Hypnotherapist and Therapeutic Coach with a passion for helping people create meaningful and lasting change. Having experienced my own journey of transformation following burnout, overwhelm, and significant life challenges, I understand how difficult it can be to feel stuck or disconnected from the life you want to live.
My work combines mindfulness, hypnotherapy, coaching, and psychological approaches to support clients in developing greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and confidence. I believe that each person already holds many of the resources they need within themselves, and my role is to help them access those strengths and move forward with clarity and purpose.
I offer a warm, compassionate, and professional space where clients can feel heard, supported, and empowered to achieve their goals.
