About me

Feeling anxious, overwhelmed or stuck in a pattern you can’t seem to change?

You might look like you’re coping on the outside, but inside your mind won’t switch off.
You may be exhausted by anxiety, frustrated by habits you know you want to break, or held back by a fear that doesn’t make logical sense but still feels very real.

I’m Stacey, a London-based Clinical Psychotherapist & Hypnotherapist, and I help people create calm, confidence and lasting change.

I can help you if you’re struggling with:

-Ongoing anxiety or constant overthinking
-Stress or burnout that’s starting to affect your health or relationships
-Phobias such as flying, needles, heights or public speaking
-Smoking or other habits you feel stuck with
-Feeling “blocked”, self-critical, or unable to move forward

How I work
I combine psychotherapy with hypnotherapy to work at both the conscious and subconscious level—so change doesn’t feel like a battle.

Together, we will:
Understand what’s really driving your anxiety, habit or fear

-Gently retrain unhelpful thought and emotional patterns
-Use hypnotherapy to help your mind respond differently, calmer, steadier, more in control
-Build practical tools you can use long after our sessions end
-Sessions are collaborative, supportive, and always tailored to you. You remain fully aware and in control at all times.

Why work with me?
Clients often come to me after trying other approaches without lasting results. My dual training allows me to work deeply and practically, addressing the root cause, not just managing symptoms.
