About me

Anxiety is cruel. It steals the joy from occasions that should be fun and it makes everyday life so much harder than it should be.

Solution-focused hypnotherapy is a gentle yet incredibly effective form of therapy. It's gentle in that I will never ask you to relive past traumas; we will only ever focus on how you want to feel. It's effective because it allows people to make real changes and start living life the way they want in a relatively short period of time, compared to other types of therapy. I've experienced anxiety myself and have supported an anxious daughter; the journey which led me to discover the power of solution-focused hypnotherapy.

Please know you are not alone.

It affects so many of us and I would love to support you in unlocking the calm and confident future that you deserve. I offer free initial consultations via Zoom so that you can meet me, learn more about why you're feeling the way you do and most importantly, how I can help.

When I'm not seeing clients I tend to be running around after my two daughters; spending most of my time in the car park of the local dance studio.

Training, qualifications & experience

I trained with the prestigious CPHT (Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training) and gained a Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and a Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma.

I am registered with the AfSFH and registered with the CNHC. I am fully insured and hold an enhanced DBS.

The main aim of the AfSFH is to spread awareness of the benefits of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. Its secondary aim is to support Hypnotherapists in their businesses by encouraging good practice and self-care.
