About me

I help clients release the patterns that keep them stuck, so the change they experience is liberating, lasting — and often faster than they expect.

I work with anxiety, weight loss, insomnia, confidence, imposter syndrome, fear of public speaking and more, focusing on addressing root causes rather than managing symptoms.

Each session is tailored to you, and includes a personalised hypnosis recording to listen to for three weeks, to embed the positive changes long-term.

Sessions are focused and collaborative. You remain fully aware and in control throughout, with me guiding the process so deeper patterns can align with your conscious goals. Many clients describe feeling “lighter” afterwards, often noticing meaningful shifts straight away.

My approach is supportive, outcome-focused and professional, and particularly suits people who feel they’ve “tried everything” but know something deeper still needs to shift.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a trained Clinical Hypnotherapist with specialist training in Rapid Transformational Therapy, which I studied in person with Marisa Peer.

My training also includes accredited hypnotherapy and NLP qualifications with the Life Practice Academy and Mike Mandel Hypnosis, alongside ongoing professional development and supervision to continually refine and deepen my work.

I work integratively, drawing on hypnosis, NLP, regression, parts work, mindset and other techniques to tailor each session to the individual, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.

GHR
The General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR)

Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC). Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level. All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.

Information about health conditions (*)

Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.
