About me
Having accrued over 30 years of working with children and young people, within educational settings, I am able to offer a bespoke and tailored approach to children and young peoples hypnotherapy.
I have a wealth of knowledge and understanding in relation to the issues and barriers which children and young people face on a daily basis, and am able to help them grow their self-esteem and confidence in order to successfully and skilfully overcome them.
I am able to offer clinical solution-focused hypnotherapy for young people age 11 up to 25, to assist them in overcoming obstacles to their mental health and wellbeing in order to increase their self confidence and self esteem.
I am equipped to support individuals who are school refusers, struggle with anxiety and low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, friendship and relationship challenges, exam and interview stress, amongst other issues.
Training, qualifications & experience
I possess over 30 years of experience working with children and young people, primarily within educational environments. I hold a BSc in Children and Young People's Integrated Practice, have received advanced training in safeguarding, and maintain Enhanced DBS clearance.
My qualifications are inclusive of the following:
- Foundation degree in children and young peoples practice
- BSc in children and young peoples integrated practice
- Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy
- Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma
