About me
My names Sam.
I’m a therapist who supports young people and athletes - blending the line between well-being and performance.
I specialise in work with athletes to help navigate emotional problems such as anxiety, depression, low-confidence, stress and sports performance.
Utilising therapeutical intervention through a person-centred approach, while teaching a number self-regulation and performance techniques such as visualisation and emotional coping mechanisms.
I offer a personalised service online via zoom, with in-person sessions available in Hindhead, Surrey.
Sessions last approximately 60-90 minutes and are priced at £75 or £200 for 3. Including performance based and visualisation recordings to increase performance in-between sessions. All sessions are completely confidential.

My Personal Story
Before therapy - I was a skeptical teenager, struggling with anxiety, depression, a lack of confidence and stress.
Like many young people - I felt alone and didn’t think therapy could work for me.
Having also played semi-professional basketball my whole life, I understand how difficult it is to manage mental and physical health.
However, what I realised is - one of the strongest things you can do is speak to someone. As Mental Health and isn't separate from success, it's part of it.
So I decided to help people like me - who may not know how or where to start. Because it’s okay to not be okay.
