About me

Many of my clients come to me feeling a bit lost, anxious or down – not happy with their lives and unable to get themselves back to being their real “me”.   Some to help them on their weight loss journey and others to get help with phobias and fears.

Whatever you need help with, from migraines and nail biting to IBS and panic attacks, even PTSD. We will always discuss and I will show you how I can help you on your free, initial consultation with me.

We will always work together, as a team, to get you the best outcome from our sessions and help you get back to being the best version of you. I keep it fun, friendly, forward focused and very positive. We don’t spend time going over the past and the upsetting events in your life – we look for the good stuff, now and in the future.   I tend to work quite quickly - most people only needing between eight to twelve sessions!  Less for Phobias...

I work exclusively online. Why? You get access therapy in the comfort of your own home - no travel, no parking, no finding a strange building, no wasted time and no stress! Just use your smartphone, tablet, laptop or PC.  It's simple, easy and very effective.  Some of my clients even do their sessions whilst on holiday, in the office or staying away from home!

Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or just want to know more.

Further information

Solution focused hypnotherapy is a modern, integrated therapy – it has a number of elements to it.

It uses a talking therapy, based on Solution Focused Brief Therapy. The name is quite descriptive!

We focus on the solutions, not problems – we don’t trawl through the past and examine what has happened – after all, we can’t change the past, even if we wanted too.

It’s positive – clients feel good at the end of each session, we focus on the small, easy changes that will get them where they need to be. Its fun and its friendly.

It’s brief – most clients are getting a successful outcome in only eight to twelve sessions!  Clients with specific phobias in only three.

Neuroscience plays a big part too – I will explain to you why you feel like you do, what your brain is doing. How the primitive part of you mind can hijack the rational, calm, positive part and what we can do about it!

It also uses hypnosis – now, trance is an everyday occurrence, you go into trance all the time! Driving the car, reading a book, watching tv, zoning out…   We do it all the time.  It’s not like you might have seen on TV – no pocket watches, mascara, mysterious voices or making you cluck like a chicken. We just use it to relax deeply and focus the mind on what we want to achieve.

So, in summary, a modern positive, brief therapy to help you get back to being the real you
