About me
I offer an integrative and body-aware approach combining CBT hypnotherapy, coaching, somatic practices, breathwork, movement, sound and nervous system regulation.
My work supports people experiencing stress, anxiety, overwhelm, confidence issues, burnout, emotional challenges, chronic pain and chronic stress-related patterns. I also work with clients seeking greater balance, resilience, emotional wellbeing and a stronger connection between mind and body.
Alongside hypnotherapy, my background includes executive coaching, organisational development and consultancy, Pilates, trauma-informed yoga approaches, breathwork and sound facilitation, integrating cognitive, somatic and relational approaches. This allows me to work in a grounded, practical and compassionate way, adapting sessions to each individual client.
I offer online sessions as well as appointments in Croydon and Central London.
