About me

Hey, I’m Olga—a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist based just outside Preston, Lancashire.

I blend psychotherapy, neuroscience, and a bit of trance to help kids (from age 8 up) and adults tackle anxiety, stress, low mood, and sleep issues. We can work face-to-face or online—whatever suits you best.

Whether you’re going through menopause, dealing with PTSD, prepping for a new baby, or just want to feel a bit calmer and more confident, I offer practical, down-to-earth support that’s actually tailored to you.

I hold advanced diplomas in hypnotherapy and keep my skills sharp with ongoing training, so you’re always getting the most up-to-date techniques.

My goal? To help you feel better, sleep better, and get back to enjoying life—with a little more ease and a lot more joy.

Further information

I offer both online and in-person sessions, so you can choose which you prefer. If you do visit in person, you'll find my clinic in a cosy log cabin nestled in a secluded corner of the garden, surrounded by peaceful woodland. It's a safe, calm refuge—complete with free car parking and your choice of tea, coffee, or a relaxing hot chocolate.

Each session is customised to help you see what's happening in your brain and body, informed by the latest research from neuroscience. We figure out together how your emotions and thoughts are connected and how you can begin to change your mindset in an empowering and feasible way.

I use clinical psychotherapy to guide you in determining your goals and gently nudge your mind in the direction of the future you want to create. You don't need to revisit traumatic memories—instead, we'll work on creating strength, resilience, and faith in yourself from where you are now.

Our work is also supported by Guided Trance. It's an extremely relaxing process which helps your mind and body release tension, open up to clarity, calm, and a change that keeps you progressing. In addition, you will be provided with your own personalised MP3 recording to listen to at home, strengthening the work we do in every session.

I work in a relaxed, positive, and very solution-focused manner. I'm here to help you get back in touch with yourself, remember your strength, and move toward the life you've imagined.
