About me

I'm Olga, a qualified Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist. I have a Practitioner Diploma in Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy and the Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma (HPD), known as the Gold Standard in Hypnotherapy Training.

I provide the best support possible. To this end, I often attend professional development courses and research my field's latest techniques and knowledge.
I originally came from Latvia but now live in the Northwest of England, near Preston. I work with clients aged eight and older in person or via Zoom, and both methods work well.

I am deeply passionate about supporting individuals in their journeys to overcome challenges such as anxiety and depression. I specialise in various techniques for reducing stress levels, improving sleep quality, and helping clients manage their weight effectively. Additionally, I assist those who wish to quit smoking or vaping, guiding them through tailored strategies to foster positive changes in their lives.

My expertise also extends to working with clients experiencing Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). I offer support to women navigating the complexities of menopause, helping to alleviate symptoms and improve overall wellbeing during this transitional phase.

Furthermore, I help expectant mothers throughout their pregnancy and childbirth, ensuring they feel supported and empowered during this significant life event.

I also love working with children, tailoring my approach to cater to their unique needs and helping them develop resilience and emotional strength.

I help my clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
