About me
You look confident and capable on the outside, but inside you’re anxious, overthinking and doubting yourself.
You might be struggling with overthinking everything, switching off, worrying about how others perceive you, or questioning yourself in ways other people don’t see.
Many of my clients are high-functioning in their work and life, but internally feel stuck, on edge, or just not “good enough”.
If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. And you don’t need fixing.
Why this keeps happening
Anxiety, self-doubt and low confidence aren’t random.
They are patterns your brain and body have learned, often earlier in life, to protect you.
The problem is that these patterns don’t update on their own.
So even when you know you’re capable, your mind and body can still react with anxiety, overthinking, people-pleasing or self-criticism.
This is where we work together.
How I can help
I specialise in working with:
- Anxiety and panic
- Self-doubt and low confidence
- Imposter syndrome, particularly in professionals
- Fears and phobias
- Stress-driven patterns such as overthinking, emotional overwhelm or people-pleasing
Together, we go beyond surface-level coping and work at the level where these patterns are created and maintained.
My approach
I use an integrative, trauma-informed approach combining Cognitive Hypnotherapy, neuroscience-informed techniques and somatic work.
This means we don’t just talk about the problem. We work directly with the part of your mind and nervous system that is driving it.
Through this process, we:
- Reduce anxiety at its source
- Break cycles of overthinking and self-doubt
- Reprocess past experiences that are still influencing you
- Help your mind and body feel safe again
- Build natural, lasting confidence
Most clients notice meaningful change within a small number of sessions, with results that continue to build over time.
What changes for you
Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves.
Through our work, they begin to:
- Feel calmer and more in control
- Trust themselves and their decisions
- Speak and act with confidence
- Let go of old patterns and reactions
- Feel like themselves again

Member organisations
The National Council for Hypnotherapy holds one of the largest registers of independent Hypnotherapists in the United Kingdom and strives to maintain the highest standards among its members. There is an agreed Code of Conduct, an established Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure and all members are obliged to maintain comprehensive Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance, maintain regular CPD (continuing professional development) hours, and attend Supervision when needed.
The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including hypnotherapy.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.

Areas of hypnotherapy I deal with
info Information about health conditions (*)
Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.
Other areas of hypnotherapy I deal with
In addition to my core work around anxiety, confidence and emotional patterns, I also integrate a range of approaches that support deeper and more lasting change, including:
- Emotional eating and the connection between food, mood and anxiety
- Nutritonal Health Coaching to support energy, resilience and emotional wellbeing
- Breathwork, Havening and techniques such as Thought Field Therapy (TFT) to reduce anxiety and support emotional regulation
- Somatic and Embodied Coaching to help you reconnect with your body and shift patterns at a deeper level
I offer 1:1 sessions, group work, and workshops, creating a supportive space for shared learning and change.
I also bring extensive experience working with professionals, managers, and senior leaders, including at the executive and C-suite level, giving me a strong understanding of the pressures many clients face.
All of these elements are carefully integrated to support both immediate relief and deeper, lasting transformation.
These areas are often closely linked, and working with them alongside hypnotherapy can support deeper, more lasting change.

Additional information
I offer a free initial telephone consultation, where we can explore what’s going on for you and what you would like to change.
Most clients work with me over around 4 focused sessions, allowing us to create meaningful and lasting change without long-term, open-ended therapy.
Your first session is typically around 2 hours. This is a key session where we gain a deep understanding of your experience, what’s driving it, and what you want to be different.
From there, sessions are usually 90 minutes and tailored to your individual needs. I also provide personalised hypnosis recordings for you to use between sessions, helping to reinforce the changes we are making.
Ongoing support is included between sessions, so you can share updates, notice changes as they happen, and feel supported throughout the process.
Clients often begin to notice shifts from the very first session, with progress building as we continue the work together.
My approach is bespoke and supportive, combining focused sessions, practical tools and ongoing support to help you create real, lasting change.
