My joy is working holistically to help you be free of the problems you haven't been able to solve and enable you to make changes you haven't succeeded with yet.
Hypnotherapy can enable healing of long term fears, wounds from past traumas, habits and negative patterns even discord in relationships and solve puzzling problems that seem to have no cause in this life.

90 mins usually is best - In a non-judgemental, very relaxed and safe space we will work together safely enabling you to communicate with your subconscious mind (your inner protector and guide) and send healing, re-framing and reassurance where it is needed so you reclaim being in the driving seat of your life. I ensure you are grounded and oriented in the present moment to continue your day.

I've learnt the best ways in managing my own sensitivity and it now feeling like a gift instead of a burden. I now enjoy also teaching boundaries and energy management -vital for empaths to feel good more consistently. How to tune into intuition and live more as authentic you.

On top of Hypnotherapy training to advanced level -including regression in this and past lives, also IEMT (the highly effective successor to EMDR) for traumatic memories and PTSD.
WELLBEING EVENTS - DE-STRESSING TECHNIQUES & SOUND HEALING
I've spent years researching helpful de-stressing methods and can teach these also how to self soothe with Reiki, and EFT. This helpful toolkit allows me to hold regular Wellbeing Events for Private and Corporate Clients.(As featured at BBC Radio London, Soho House, Gymbox, Getahead Fest.
As a qualified Sound Healer, I offer Sound Healing and monthly ticketed Gong Baths with a guided full body relaxation journey with positive encouragement. These are held in Camden and Kensal Rise. This is a health boosting, effective de-stresser and helps the body release trauma.
CONFIDENCE TO SPEAK AND PERFORM
I've had great results for my performer clients in conquering nerves and confidence for success. Having previously worked for years as an actor and presenter I have a wealth of information to share on body language, vocal, on camera/ stage techniques and feeling relaxed and comfortable to enjoy your performance.

Member organisations
The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including hypnotherapy.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).
Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.
All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
