About me
I’m calm, grounded and quirky. I work with the whole person rather than isolating a single problem. Stress responses, habits and symptoms rarely exist on their own. I’m interested in what’s underneath.
My route into hypnotherapy wasn’t purely academic. I turned to it myself while navigating chronic health challenges and habit change. Experiencing the work from the inside shaped how I work now, practical, steady and without theatrics.
Alongside my hypnotherapy work, I spent 25 years in NHS radiotherapy as an Advanced Practitioner. Working in complex and emotionally charged environments taught me to stay calm, think clearly and hold space without drama. That steadiness carries into every session.
Lasting change happens when we address the root rather than managing the surface. Hypnotherapy provides a focused way to work with the subconscious processes that drive automatic behaviours and stress responses.
Sessions are structured and collaborative. You remain aware and in control throughout.
My Offer
I provide tailored hypnotherapy sessions supporting:
• Stress and anxiety
• Chronic pain and long-term conditions
• Weight management
• Smoking or vaping cessation
• Confidence and performance
• Fears and phobias
• Repetitive habits
Each programme is structured to address patterns at their root rather than focusing only on surface symptoms.
I draw on clinical hypnosis, parts work and CBT-informed approaches to support steady, lasting change.
Sessions are personalised, practical and grounded in both professional training and lived experience.

Experience
I bring nearly 25 years of NHS clinical experience, specialising in urological cancers since 2012. Working in complex and emotionally charged healthcare environments has shaped my structured, steady and patient-centred approach.
Alongside my clinical background, I maintain ongoing continuing professional development (CPD) and stay aligned with current evidence in nervous system regulation and behavioural change.
I also bring lived experience of neurodiversity and long-term health conditions, which informs my practical and grounded approach to hypnotherapy.
My work focuses on addressing patterns at their root rather than working only at surface level.

Further information
I work at the root of patterns rather than focusing only on surface symptoms. Clients often come to me when they understand something logically but still feel stuck in habits, stress responses or persistent symptoms.
Sessions are structured and collaborative. You remain fully aware and in control throughout.
Appointments are available online and in person.
