About me

Specialist Sleep Support for Women 40+ | Hypnotherapy for Insomnia, Stress and Menopause-Related Sleep Problems.

Waking at 3am, wired but exhausted?

Dreading bedtime in case you can't sleep?

If you’re dealing with menopause sleep problems, night waking, or broken sleep in midlife, you’re definitely not on your own. Many of the people I work with arrive here after months, sometimes years, of trying to fix their sleep and wondering why nothing seems to work anymore.

You may have tried magnesium, sleep supplements, or improving your sleep hygiene. These can help, but they’re often not the full picture.

Why your sleep has changed

If you’re waking between 2–4am, feeling tired but unable to switch off, or noticing your mind racing at night, feeling wired but exhausted, it’s often linked to a combination of hormonal changes and a nervous system that is still switched on.

What most sleep advice misses

A lot of sleep support focuses on what to do.

More routines. More things to do. More effort.

But sleep isn’t something you can force.

Sleep happens when your system feels safe and settled.

When you can’t sleep, it’s often not a lack of effort, it’s a pattern of:

  • Monitoring
  • Overthinking
  • Trying to “get it right”
  • A nervous system that hasn’t had the chance to settle

And this is where our work begins.

How I work

I offer a structured, personalised sleep reset programme designed specifically for women in midlife experiencing insomnia and menopause-related sleep disruption.

This is not a one-size-fits-all programme.

Together, we look at:

  • What’s happening in your body and nervous system
  • The patterns keeping your sleep stuck
  • How your days are shaping your nights
  • The thoughts and responses that quietly maintain the cycle

My approach combines:

  • Sleep science (including menopause-aware support)
  • Hypnotherapy tailored to your specific situation for nervous system regulation
  • Coaching and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) informed support
  • NLP to support you to reframe negative patterns and beliefs

The aim is not to "fix" you.

It’s to help your system return to something it already knows how to do.

What you can expect

Clients often come to me when they:

  • Can’t sleep and menopause seems to have changed everything
  • Wake at 3am every night and can’t get back to sleep
  • Feel exhausted but mentally alert
  • Feel disconnected with who they are
  • Have tried everything and still feel stuck

Over time, they typically experience:

  • Fewer night wakings
  • A calmer mind at bedtime
  • More settled, predictable sleep
  • Greater confidence in their ability to sleep again

And very often, something else shifts too because they have:

  • More energy in the day
  • Clearer thinking
  • A return to their sense of identity and confidence
  • A steadier, less reactive system

Is this right for you?

This work is for women who are:

  • Still functioning… but no longer feeling like themselves
  • Tired of trying to 'do sleep perfectly' instead of actually sleeping
  • Looking for a thoughtful, personalised approach
  • Are ready to understand what’s really going on, not just try another quick fix

A different way to think about sleep

This isn’t about you trying harder.

This isn’t that you are a failure when it comes to sleep.

This is a pattern.

And patterns can change.

The Sleep Reset Programme

If your sleep has become something you manage, rather than something that happens naturally, this is where we change that.

Sleep Reset is a structured, personalised 5 session programme designed to help you break the patterns behind waking at 3am, menopause-related sleep disruption, and ongoing insomnia.

This isn’t about trying harder to sleep.

It’s about helping your system settle, so sleep can return naturally.

Clients typically experience:

  • Fewer night wakings
  • A calmer mind at bedtime
  • More consistent, restorative sleep

This programme is designed for lasting change, not short-term fixes.

Investment: *£695 for a focused, personalised online programme of support.

*A premium in-person version of Sleep Reset is available at my therapy room in Royal Arsenal, London. Price available on enquiry.

Further information

Sessions are offered online and in person in London, in a calm, private setting designed to help you feel at ease from the start.

My approach is structured but relaxed. There’s no pressure to “perform” or get anything right, and everything moves at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Hypnotherapy is a natural, focused state of attention, not something you can “fail” at or be controlled by. You remain aware and in control throughout.

Each session is tailored to you, combining conversation, practical insight, and guided work to help your system settle and to start to respond differently over time.

Many clients say that simply understanding what’s happening with their sleep brings an immediate sense of relief. You’ll be met with calm, thoughtful support, and a space where you can feel heard and understood, without judgement.
