Hypnotherapist | Counsellor | Psychologist (BSc & MSc)

About me

I work with Hypnotherapy and Talking Therapy to support people to slow down, feel safe, and get to the root of what’s really going on beneath the surface.

My background is in psychology, I’ve trained in Integrative Counselling, Energy Healing, Family Systems, and Group Dynamics, which has really shaped the way I see things - that we’re not separate from our experiences, and there’s always a deeper layer.

For the past five years, I’ve been supporting people emotionally through Hypnotherapy and Counselling to release fear, anxiety, addictions, past trauma, and reconnect with who they are underneath it all. I’ve had the honour of witnessing people shift, let go of heaviness, and move in a completely different direction in their lives.

As a hypnotherapist I work with techniques such as IMR (ideomotor technique), regression, inner child healing, parts therapy, guided imagery and more. My approach is centred on uncovering and addressing the root cause of an issue rather than simply managing the symptoms, creating the opportunity for deeper change.
