We’ll begin with a relaxed chat about what you would like to change. I will explain how CBT hypnotherapy works and answer any questions. Then we will explore a gentle relaxation exercise so you can see how it feels. You will leave with greater clarity and practical steps to begin using right away.

Hi, I’m Lois.
I’m passionate about helping people break through barriers, build confidence, and create lasting, meaningful change. My approach combines CBT-based Hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) — powerful, evidence-based techniques that work with the mind to reframe unhelpful patterns and empower you to move forward with clarity and confidence.
With a strong background in health, fitness, and well-being, I deeply understand the connection between mind and body. My journey began as a qualified fitness professional and GP referral specialist, supporting individuals and communities to improve their physical and mental health. I then moved into leadership roles within local government and the NHS, designing programs to help people take charge of their health, fitness, and self-care.
As I developed my passion for understanding human behaviour and mindset, I became a Master Practitioner in NLP and a qualified lifestyle, style, and image coach. This unique blend of skills allows me to take a truly holistic approach — helping you feel better mentally, build healthier habits, and gain confidence in how you feel and present yourself to the world.
I believe that real, lasting change is possible for anyone, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
