About me
A Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist I work with clients predominantly in Wiltshire in my therapy rooms in Durrington; Rushall and Marlborough as well as nationally and internationally through virtual engagements.
Mum of two little people, Step-Mum to two teenagers and wife to my husband, John, I wear many hats!
I have worked in the corporate world, taken time out to raise my young family, run my own small business and in recent years have trained as a Counsellor, then Life Coach and Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist. I am a “one-stop-shop” for anyone that feels stuck or hampered in their life progression.
I work with my clients to help them understand themselves better, explore and recognise what they really want and how to get there and learn how to live a life they love, whether the focus is personal, professional or both through empowerment. I help them overcome emotional barriers and move forward from their current position to achieve positive outcomes.
Experienced and empathic, I help people from all walks of life. A completely neutral counsel, I work with my clients, providing them with the tools and support they need to overcome their barriers to moving forward in life.
I listen, understand and execute the support needed on an individual basis.
I trained, qualified and attained my Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH) and Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma (HPD) with the highly acclaimed, gold standard, Clifton Practice of Hypnotherapy Training School.
A member of the National Council for Hypnotherapists (NCH) and the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH) I am fully insured and have DBS certification enabling me to work with children and vulnerable adults.
