About me
Hi There,
Thank you for taking the time to visit my page. Here is a little bit about how i work, i offer a compassionate and empathetic approach to hypnotherapy. My work ethic is that hypnotherapy is a tool, though the true element to any type of therapies is on the basis of the therapeutic relationship.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation to successful work, when emotional and mental safety is established it supports my clients to be able to relax within our time together and enhance the tools of hypnosis along with the use of CBT and counselling skills.
I also like to share knowledge with my clients as a way to empower them, with the foundations of understandings of how the mind and body works, it can liberate clients in understanding how best to support themselves to continue their journey beyond therapeutic practices and outside of the therapy space.
Any further questions, please feel free to approach & ask.

The Society seeks to contribute to public wellbeing both through the use of hypnotherapy and by ensuring that hypnotherapists are safe, competent and ethical in practice.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
