About me
Hi, I’m Kylha. I’m a hypnotherapist with a background in Psychology, and I help people overcome anxiety, stress, and unhelpful habits so they can feel calmer, more confident, and back in control of their lives.
Together, we explore the root of what’s causing your difficulties and the triggers that keep patterns going. Using tailored hypnotherapy techniques and real-life situations, we work to change the way you experience and respond to challenges — helping you build self-belief, develop healthier coping strategies, and become more aware of your thoughts and patterns.
I have a particular passion for supporting people within alternative communities because it’s a world I genuinely understand and feel part of. Throughout my life and training, I noticed how often people who express themselves outside of the mainstream are overlooked or misunderstood when it comes to mental health. Struggles with anxiety, low mood, or identity can sometimes be dismissed as “part of the aesthetic”, rather than recognised as real experiences that deserve support.
Many people from alternative scenes don’t feel comfortable in traditional therapy environments. They can feel overly clinical, rigid, or disconnected from real life. I believe therapy should be the opposite — a safe space where you can be completely yourself, without judgement or pressure to conform.
My approach isn’t about changing who you are. It’s about helping you understand your mind, work through anxiety or limiting beliefs, and build a healthier relationship with yourself so you can create meaningful, lasting change.
Each session is designed to leave you feeling supported, empowered, and confident in your ability to move forward.

Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.
