About me
Hi, I’m Katie.
I help people break free from anxiety, overwhelm, and unwanted habits by calming the nervous system and shifting the patterns that keep them stuck.
Many of my clients come to me feeling like they’re constantly “on edge." Overthinking, burnt out, struggling with compulsive habits, or feeling out of control with things like food, smoking, vaping, or emotional patterns they can’t seem to break.
Together, we work to gently reset those patterns so you can feel calmer, more in control, and more like yourself again.
I use solution-focused hypnotherapy alongside CBT-informed approaches, NLP techniques, and parts therapy to support both the conscious and unconscious mind. This means we don’t just focus on talking about the problem, we work with how your nervous system is holding it, so real change can happen at a deeper level.
Clients often notice improvements in anxiety, stress, burnout, habits, compulsive behaviours, confidence, sleep, and feeling stuck in repeated emotional patterns.
Sessions are calm, supportive, and collaborative. You won’t be judged or analysed. We work together to help your mind and body move out of survival mode and into a more balanced state.
Change doesn’t come from forcing yourself to “think differently.”
It comes from helping your nervous system feel safe enough to stop repeating old patterns.
If you’re ready to take that first step, I’d love to help. Let’s chat and see how we can get you feeling more like you again.

Further information
Rather than treating people as diagnoses, I work with patterns — especially where the nervous system is stuck in cycles of stress, avoidance, or compulsive behaviour.
This includes support with:
- anxiety, panic, and chronic stress
- burnout and emotional overwhelm
- habits and addictions (smoking, vaping, alcohol, food, sugar, compulsive behaviours)
- confidence, self-worth, and people-pleasing patterns
- sleep difficulties and restlessness
- trauma responses and emotional reactivity
- motivation, procrastination, and feeling stuck
