About us

Are you looking for support to change aspects of your life, to feel and act differently so that life is better going forwards? Would it help to talk things through, to shift away from old unhelpful 'patterns' & habits step by step, to move into a new 'mindset'? I work in partnership with clients to listen and support change effectively and efficiently. I work with people who are experiencing sleep problems, anxiety & panic attacks, depression, fears & phobias, chronic pain and other general problems related to health, lifestyle and confidence.  I specialise in working with individuals and couples in relation to pregnancy, birth, parenting, family life and relationships

I'm interested in working with people who are feeling stuck or uncertain about how to move forwards or address problems in their lives and relationships.  It's true that 'a stitch in time often does save nine' and that 'a problem shared is a problem halved'. I will support you to feel more calm and in control, more self assured and confident, to address current problems step by step, to improve your life, whatever the circumstances.  I work short term or longer term depending on your needs or preference.    Take a step towards your future 'best' you, click the purple book intro call button above to schedule a free 15-20 min introductory call.

Further information

I have recently undertaken training in 'Human Givens Therapy' and a trauma re-processing technique called 'Havening'.  I may use aspects of these trainings in our work together, as appropriate.  Treatment plans are tailored to each individual person and situation.  I aim to work effectively and efficiently, also ensuring you have enough time to talk, process and establish changes.  In my practice I aim to provide a high quality, individualised, compassionate, respectful and trauma informed service.  My intention is that clients will feel that their decision to work with me was a good decision, and that my services are value for money.

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Hypnotherapist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the Hypnotherapist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.

Face to face sessions are at a fully accessible location close to St George's Park in Bristol. My practice is compassion focused and trauma informed. I have a special interest in neurodiversity and welcome people of all backgrounds and orientations.
