About us

Are you looking for support to feel better about aspects of your life now, and to feel and act differently so that life is better going forwards? Would it help to talk, address challenges and break out of old unhelpful patterns step by step? I work in partnership with clients to listen and support change at a pace that's right for you. I work with people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, fears, phobias and other general problems related to health, lifestyle and confidence.  I specialise in working with individuals and couples in relation to pregnancy, birth, parenting, family life and relationships

I'm interested in working with people who are feeling stuck or uncertain about how to address problems in their lives and relationships.  It's true that 'a stitch in time often does save 9' and that 'a problem shared usually is a problem halved'. I will support you to address current issues step by step, and to improve your life, whatever the circumstances.  I work short term or longer term depending on your needs or preference.

Training, qualifications & experience

Wheelchair user access
Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Hypnotherapist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the Hypnotherapist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.

Face to face sessions are at a fully accessible location close to St George's Park in Bristol. My practice is trauma informed. I have a special interest in neurodiversity and welcome people of all backgrounds and orientations.
