About me
Hi, my name is Jyoti, and I am a certified and registered Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner, and EMDR Practitioner.
I worked as a civil servant for 35 years, during which I faced many challenges, working in both national and international settings, often in unfamiliar, high-pressure situations and demanding roles. Balancing shift work with raising a family, along with the many stresses of daily life, eventually led me to burnout. I genuinely understand and empathise with anyone suffering from stress, anxiety, panic attacks, or burnout.
Over the years, I have acquired skills that have provided me with the tools to help others work through their feelings and emotions. I am passionate about learning about people, and it’s incredibly rewarding when a client has a breakthrough in resolving their issues.
My aim is to help you overcome your challenges using a combination of techniques, whether it’s stress, anxiety, addiction, confidence, weight loss, fears/phobias, trauma, or eradicating life limiting beliefs.
My goal is to make your life’s journey smoother and happier.
I am available to work with one-on-one clients, as well as in group therapy settings.

- D.M.H Diploma Master Hypnotherapist
- CPNLP Certified Practitioner Neuro-Linguistic Programming
- Certified Practitioner of EMDR - Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing incorporating Hypnosis
- Diploma -Weight control & Gastric Band Specialist
- Diploma - Smoking Cessation Specialist
I am registered with GHR - General Hypnotherapy Register and I have been awarded the General Qualification in Hypnotherapy Practice (GQHP).
Member organisations
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC). Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level. All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
