Dip. I PCH

About me

I am a fully qualified, experienced Professional & Clinical Hypnotherapist, Master NLP Practitioner and BWRT® Practitioner.

I work with a model that I call 'Rapid Positive Change'. This means that change can occur in 1 to 3 sessions by working directly with the unconscious mind.

I enjoy helping people overcome their challenges in life, and am highly experienced in helping people to overcome anxiety and panic attacks, stress, fears and phobias, habits and addictions and any unwanted behaviours.

Below are examples of areas I work in:-

  • Improving self-confidence
  • Stopping Smoking / Vaping
  • Quitting Alcohol
  •  Weight loss
  • Overcoming sleep issues
  • Stopping self-sabotaging behaviours
  • Pain Management
  • Building self esteem
  • Changing limiting beliefs
  • Breaking habits and addictions
  • Overcoming procrastination
  • Increasing motivation levels

Each of my sessions is tailor-made specifically for you and typically lasts for up to 60 minutes.

I offer a free 30 minute initial consultation either via Zoom or over the telephone. This allows me to understand what you would like to achieve and to make recommendations and answer any questions. All consultations and sessions are treated in the strictest confidence.

I work both online and from my private consultation room in Lymington, Hampshire. Appointments are available Monday 2pm - 6pm and Tuesday to Thursday 9:30am - 6pm, Friday 9:30am - 1pm.

I am fully qualified in:-

Although I am also trained in Reflexology, Swedish Massage, Kinesiology and Naturopathic Nutrition, I no longer practise these as stand alone treatments.

GHR
The General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR)

Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC). Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level. All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
