About me
My approach is compassionate, friendly and tailored to you as an individual. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed or uncertain about the direction your life is taking, I want you to know that change is possible. You already have the resources within you; my role is to help you access them and create meaningful, lasting change.
I work with teenagers aged 14+ and adults, supporting clients with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, stress, low confidence, low self-esteem, panic attacks, trauma, PTSD, fears and phobias, OCD, intrusive thoughts, addictions, limiting beliefs and unwanted behaviours.
Using Cognitive Hypnotherapy, I take a solution-focused approach that helps clients understand and overcome the patterns that may be holding them back. Therapy is tailored to your unique experiences and goals, often creating rapid and lasting results.
Alongside hypnotherapy, I draw on coaching techniques to help clients identify achievable goals, build resilience and take practical steps towards the life they want to create.
Our sessions are supportive, structured and completely non-judgemental. I take the time to listen and understand your individual circumstances because you are more than a diagnosis or label. Together, we work to create positive change in a way that feels right for you.
I am committed to providing a safe, inclusive and LGBTQ+ affirming environment where clients feel seen, respected and supported. My aim is to help you build confidence, overcome challenges and move forward with greater clarity and freedom.
I offer sessions for teenagers (14+) and adults, both in person and online, creating a flexible and accessible space for support and change.

Current Professional Development
I am currently training in InCorr Method Level 2, an advanced trauma-informed approach that helps practitioners safely identify and reconsolidate the underlying emotional pain driving trauma responses, creating meaningful and lasting change.
