About me
If there's a phobia, fear, or a specific memory that still has a grip on you... something that makes you avoid flights, needles, dogs, driving, public speaking, or a hundred other everyday things... I want you to know it doesn't have to stay that way. These fears aren't a character flaw or something you're stuck with for life. They're patterns your mind learned, which means they can be unlearned.
I specialise in The Bridge, a focused three-session programme for phobias and single-incident trauma. It's not open-ended talking therapy. It's a clear, structured process designed to get you from where you are now to genuinely free of the fear, usually within those three sessions. Clients come to me because they want their life back... the flight they've been avoiding, the appointment they keep cancelling, the memory that still catches them off guard... and they want it resolved properly, not just managed.
Each session builds on the last. We start by understanding exactly how the fear shows up for you and what's keeping it alive, then move into the core work of the programme, where the emotional charge attached to the memory or trigger is processed and released. By the third session, we're consolidating the change and making sure it holds in real life, not just in the room.
This isn't generic talking therapy — it's a specialist approach, grounded in dedicated training in trauma and phobia resolution, that consistently produces fast, lasting results... often after years of the fear being written off as "just how you are."
Sessions are available in person and online. I also work more broadly with anxiety, confidence, and public speaking fear for adults and teens 14+, but if a specific fear or memory is what's holding you back, The Bridge is where I'd start.

Professional Experience
I spent two years working as a therapist in secondary schools with teenagers through Grow Therapeutic Coaching, supporting young people through anxiety, low confidence, and the pressures of just being a teenager today. That time gave me a real feel for what adolescents are actually dealing with, and it's part of why I work well with clients aged 14+.
Current Professional Development
I'm currently training in InCorr Method Level 2, an advanced trauma-informed approach that helps practitioners identify and resolve the underlying emotional pain driving trauma responses, so the change actually holds.
