About me
I'm Jenna, a hypnotherapist and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) practitioner, based in London and Surrey, with around seven years of experience working one to one.
Alongside hypnotherapy and RTT, I draw on Havening Techniques (I am a trainer), NLP and somatic, body-based work. Because of this I have unique methods of trauma informed hypnotherapy. Most people find me after they've already talked things through somewhere else. They understand themselves perfectly well on paper, yet they still feel the same thing in the body when life pokes at it. My work goes underneath the talking, to the older patterns running quietly in the background (and the body).
The way I describe it is simple. I hold the space, and you do the resolving. You don't need to arrive with the right words or a neat explanation of what's going on. You just need to be willing to feel, and to be guided. Sessions are warm, grounded and free of jargon, and we move at a pace that feels safe for you.
If something here lands, I'd love to hear from you. The easiest place to start is a short, no-pressure conversation, so you can get a feel for how I work and ask anything you need to before we begin.

Further information
Most of the people I see are capable, self aware and tired of coping. They live with anxiety that will not settle, or they carry trauma that the mind has understood but the body still holds. They have often spent years understanding why they feel the way they do, without that understanding ever changing it. My work is about resolving the old emotional charge underneath, so that the present can feel like the present again.
The way I describe it is simple. I hold the space. You do the resolving. My job is not to fix you or to tell you who to become. It is to create the conditions in which your nervous system feels safe enough to let go of what it has been holding, often for a very long time.
Sessions are calm, direct and led by you. There is no performance and no jargon to keep up with. We work at your pace, with real warmth, towards a felt sense of change you can actually notice in your daily life.
If something in this speaks to you, I would be glad to hear from you. A short conversation is usually enough to tell whether this is the right fit, with no pressure either way.
