The Jentle Method is simple. What is the fastest way, I can feel the most benefits, in the shortest time frame? Science has nudged the wellbeing world so close to rapid healing that the majority of the general public are as yet unaware of the transformations that can take place, in a short time. I use three main methods, Rapid Transformational Therapy® (Hypnotherapy), The Whole-Brain state or PSYCH-K® (split-brain/brain dominance), and Havening®. Our work together not only biologically erodes the storm of triggers from their space in the brain permanently, but they are also skills for life, and for use with family.
The Jentle Method works quickly so there is no need for endless sessions. In my experience, most people tend to use 1-3 sessions, with some people preferring 3-5, and then maybe once or twice a year thereafter.

Having personal experience with multiple suicides in my family, I embarked on deep personal healing and very specific training so that I have the skills, experience and empathy to help you free yourself from suffering. You do not need to know what you want to work on, you only need to get started.
