About me

I am a solution-focused clinical hypnotherapist (HPD, DSFH) located in Wendover, Buckinghamshire.

I specialise in stress-related conditions such as anxiety, panic attacks, fears & phobias, past trauma, obsessive compulsive disorder, confidence, sleep issues, neurodiverse conditions & more.

Solution-focused hypnotherapy is a modern, future-focused therapeutic approach based on neuroscience that combines the latest hypnotic techniques, SFBT and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

Through focusing on present and future goals, I help clients overcome negative feelings and thoughts and create the positive changes they desire.

FREE Initial Consultation (45-60 minutes)

It all starts with a free initial consultation where I explain how hypnotherapy works and gather key information to better understand your current challenges and goals.

At the end of the consultation, you’ll have the chance to ask me any questions and also book your first hypnotherapy session.

Hypnotherapy Sessions (60 minutes)

Once you have booked your first hypnotherapy session, you will receive my pre-treatment audio MP3 recording to help you prepare for your first session. This audio also reinforces our ongoing therapeutic work between each of your sessions.

During your therapy, we won’t delve into negative past experiences. Instead, we'll focus on the positive outcomes and changes you want to achieve, finding solutions and supporting you on your journey moving forward toward your goals.
