About me

Find Peace with Food, Your Mind, and Your Life

I am an experienced Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist, specialising in supporting people who feel stuck in difficult cycles with food — including eating disorders, anxiety around food, and long-term dieting patterns.

With over 10 years in practice, I have combined my clinical experience with specialist training from the National Centre for Eating Disorders to create my signature 12-week PEACE Programme™ — a structured, supportive approach designed to help you move towards lasting food freedom and improved wellbeing.

My work focuses on:
• Reducing anxiety and calming the nervous system
• Nourishing the brain and body to restore balance
• Improving sleep and energy
• Rebuilding trust with food and your body
• Supporting sustainable, long-term change

I offer both 1:1 therapy and online support, including a dedicated sleep programme and downloadable resources, so you can access support in a way that fits your life.

Alongside my specialist work with food, I also support clients with:
• Anxiety and stress
• Sleep difficulties and insomnia
• Fears and phobias
• Confidence and self-worth
• Feeling “stuck” or unable to move forward

I am also a Supervisor and Senior Lecturer for CPHT Surrey & Hampshire, and trained at the Clifton Practice in Guildford, a recognised Centre of Excellence for Hypnotherapy in the UK. I hold the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD), widely regarded as the gold standard in the profession.

My approach is modern, evidence-based and future-focused. We don’t need to revisit the past in detail — instead, we work together to build the skills, understanding and confidence to move forward.

While change is not always instant, it is possible. With the right support, many clients experience meaningful, lasting improvements over a course of sessions.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or frustrated with repeating patterns, you don’t have to do this alone.

I offer an initial consultation with no obligation, so you can explore how I can support you.

TESTIMONIALS:

"During a very difficult time in my life I found myself gripped with fear, anxiety and self doubt. I wasn't sleeping properly and I cried a lot. Just as I was feeling overwhelmed and searching for help, Holly came to my rescue. Her solution focused hypnotherapy treatment changed how I felt within a short time, and the experience was very pleasurable. Holly is naturally a very empathetic and caring therapist who I would recommend to anyone who is struggling with emotional turmoil."

Vanessa

"I have been seeing Holly for a couple of months now and find her approach and sessions fantastic. I was a real sceptic about the process when we started but have found treatment of great benefit and would recommend both her and the treatment to anyone. Thank you Holly."
