About me
My name is Holly, I am a qualified Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist, Life Coach, Parent Coach & Intimacy Coach. I am a member of the National Council of Hypnotherapy. I am deeply passionate about the work that I do, and work with my Hypnotherapy clients using Solution Focused Hypnotherapy to reach their goals. I work with clients to manage the following:

We work with a huge variety of clients, from clients who are looking to expand their sexual experience to clients with sexual trauma, we are trained Tantric Practitioners and Intimacy Coaches. We explore all areas of sexuality from desires and fantasies to orgasm blocks, vaginismus and lack of sexual energy. We work with couples who have lost intimacy and connection within the relationships and support clients to redefine their sexual blueprints. We work through sexual shame and sexual trauma in a very bespoke way. We also provide the following workshops:

I have worked with clients since starting my business Empowering Minds Coaching in 2018. I have over 1000 hrs of client experience working with a vast range of clients achieving their goals.
Rachel is my business partner at The Hormone Hub and is a BACP Reg Therapist & Counsellor specialising in Sexuality. We have a large client base across Essex and have an office space in Colchester Essex, we also work nationwide with clients via zoom across the UK.

The National Council for Hypnotherapy holds one of the largest registers of independent Hypnotherapists in the United Kingdom and strives to maintain the highest standards among its members.
There is an agreed Code of Conduct, an established Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure and all members are obliged to maintain comprehensive Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance, maintain regular CPD (continuing professional development) hours, and attend Supervision when needed.
