About me
Using a mixture of psychotherapy, coaching and hypnotherapy, I facilitate change by unlocking the resources you already have within you. My approach is collaborative, and therapy is tailored to a client's specific needs. I am privileged to work with a wide range of clients and differing issues, but I have a special interest in working with children, and women recovering from unhealthy relationships.
I also offer hypnotic gastric band sessions for drug-free weight loss.

Training, qualifications & experience
Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH) (HPD) level 3 counselling (cpcab)
As well as being a trained hypnotherapist, I am also a part-qualified counsellor. This additional knowledge and experience is used to inform my practise, which is why I offer a unique mixture of coaching and hypnotherapy.
I enjoy working with children and, due to over 15 years of experience supporting children in schools, particularly those with additional needs, I understand that children communicate and process the world differently.
I am drawn to supporting women who have experienced unhealthy relationships, an area that is particularly close to my heart due to my own personal experience. I understand the impact these relationships can have on confidence, self-worth and sense of identity. I help women to find their voice and discover their strengths and authentic self.
