About me

With a non judgemental, compassion based approach I aim to work with you as an individual and tailor each session to your individual needs.

The Hypnosis trance like state is something similar to day dreaming. I use relaxation techniques to help you enter this soothing state of mind.

No one can be made to do anything they dont wish to.

Trained by the LCCH and a Member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnotherapy (MBSCH). I have been working as a hypnotherapist since 2007. Initially juggling a full time job as well and now soley self employed since 2016.

Hypnotherapy works with your unconscious mind, changing phobias, fears, anxiety and trauma responses towards healthier happier behaviours.

I specialise in trauma (PTSD), anxiety, addictions, physical and emotional pain conditions, stress, relationships, phobias, smoking cessation.

As HRM Hypnotherapy I've treated clients like you who want to make a change. From Police Officers, train drivers, cancer patients, survivors or sexual abuse, burns survivors, teachers, lawyers, stay at home parents, people getting back into workplace, unemployed to corporate clients, groups and 121s. Sessions are tailored for each individuals needs.

Under 18? Then the Youth Mindfulness programme could be for you. Incorporating Hypnotherapy and Mindfulness for ages 10+.
