About me

I would like you to picture the difference it would make if your best hopes had been realised.  Would your life be better? Would you be more confident? Would you be happier? Would it allow you to plan for the future? I believe that I can help you achieve these results through our sessions together.

Hi, I’m Gillian Forrester and I am a fully qualified and insured Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist offering a professional, solution focused approach to hypnotherapy. I offer a free 15 minute call to discuss how hypnotherapy can help you. So please call/email so we can organise a chat.

I provide individual treatments to help my clients utilise the vast resources within them to create a happy and fulfilling life. I will help you focus your mind on what you want to achieve (the solution) more than on the issues or their causes ( the problem).  My approach focuses on the future and not on the past, creating a picture of positive actions and outcomes.  This allows you to come up with solutions to help you move forward towards your best hopes.

Clients' issues often cover everything from anxiety and stress to phobias and addictions.  Maybe you're looking for help with pain relief or weight management but rest assured that all treatments are tailored to the individual so your needs are met.

Both initial consultations and sessions are conducted by  Zoom so there is no need to leave the comfort of your home. Meaning you can finish a session feeling completely relaxed and ready to continue on with your day.

Information about health conditions (*)

Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.
