I am passionate about what I do - we all deserve to live the life we want live and by identifying how to get there, it is possible to climb our personal Everest!
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a combination of psychotherapy and hypnosis. It is a collaborative process - change happens because you want it to and you're prepared to take the necessary steps to allow it to happen. Hypnotherapy can help with a range of anxiety-based issues as well as habit changing ones such as quit smoking, weight management, etc.
I have helped a wide range of clients to overcome various issues including phobias, quit smoking, weight management, generalised anxiety, depression and stress management, and also hypnobirthing techniques working with couples.
Training, qualifications & experience
I trained with the Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training, a highly regarded hypnotherapy training school at the forefront of modern hypnotherapy delivery. I have a Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH), and have also attained the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD), considered to be the 'gold standard' in hypnotherapy.

Hypnotherapy works very successfully via Skype if you cannot make a face-to-face session - I have treated a BBC World Service journalist for a phobia via Skype, which was documented on the radio programme 'The Why Factor'!
As well as working with individual clients on a one-to-one basis, I also work with businesses and organisations addressing stress in the workplace helping them to open the conversation on mental health and giving strategies to cope and build resilience.
I have contributed to articles in several media outlets including Huffington Post, I-News, Metro, Daily Mail, Waitrose weekend, patient.info, and taken part in BBC Radio 5 Live programmes, as well as featuring on the BBC World Service radio programme The Why Factor.
