DIP HYP, MHS, Hypno4Children Practitioner

About me

I'm Georgia, a qualified Hypnotherapist (Dip Hyp), Hypno4Children Practitioner and a member of The National Hypnotherapy Society. At Hypnotherapy Barn, I specialise in providing bespoke sessions for both adults and children, with a particular passion for helping young people feel calmer, more confident and supported to reach their goals.

My approach is unique as I combine traditional solution-focused hypnotherapy with the calming influence of nature. I offer sessions that take place either in a child friendly indoor setting or gently guided outdoors but usually a bit of both! This peaceful environment helps children relax, use their imaginations and connect with the natural world around them - an ideal setting for emotional wellbeing and personal growth.

Hypnotherapy for children can support with:

  • Anxiety and stress
  • Bedwetting (enuresis)
  • Sleep difficulties and nightmares
  • Low self-esteem or confidence concerns
  • Exam or school-related worries
  • Fears and phobias (such as fear of the dark, dogs or medical appointments)
  • Habits like nail-biting or thumb-sucking
  • Behavioural or emotional regulation challenges

A love of animals and the outdoors has been part of my life since childhood. Growing up in a village surrounded by pets, nature has always been a source of calm and contentment. Today, I’m happiest walking my dog through the countryside or spending time with my two teenage children. I’m fortunate to live on a smallholding filled with donkeys, green space, fruit trees, rabbits, hens and flowers, an environment that inspires my work every day.

Whether your child needs help managing worries, building confidence or overcoming challenges, I provide a warm, supportive space where they can feel safe, understood and empowered. Please contact me for a free 15 minute discovery call where I can provide more information. If preferred, I can also work online.
