About me
I am a cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist with a passion for helping individuals unlock their potential and overcome barriers to living their best lives. My guiding principle, “I am good enough is more than good enough,” forms the foundation of my practice, encouraging clients to embrace self-acceptance as a powerful catalyst for growth.
With a background as an actor and voice artist, I bring a rich understanding of creativity, self-expression, and the pressures of performing at your best. These experiences have deepened my empathy for those navigating performance anxiety, self-doubt, and the fear of judgment—whether in auditions, on stage, or in everyday life. I understand the courage it takes to step into the spotlight and strive to help others find their voice, embrace their uniqueness, and confidently express who they truly are.
I also draw on 25 years of experience in a parallel career in design and communications for financial service institutions. This has provided me with insight into the demands of high-performance industries and the unique challenges faced by individuals striving to succeed in fast-paced, results-driven environments.

My pricing starts at £85 per individual session of 60 minutes, perfect for focusing on specific goals or challenges.
Hypnotherapy is a quick and effective therapy, so most issues can be resolved in 4-6 sessions. I offer a discount package for four sessions for £300 (save £40) and six sessions for £450 (save £60).
Some clients decide to maintain an ongoing relationship with me to support their long-term goals or continued personal development. I offer ongoing catch-up sessions for £70 per 45-minute session. You can also pre-book a 4-session package for £260 (save £20).
