I’m Eva, a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist based in Brighton & Hove. I work with high-functioning adults — often professionals and individuals carrying significant responsibility — who are experiencing anxiety, burnout, performance pressure, low self-worth or emotional overload.
