About me
I'm an open-minded, thorough and friendly therapist.
Clients embark on my sessions feeling frustrated, annoyed, stressed, unhappy, blocked, in pain etc and finish with changed habits, new perspectives, lifelong tools they can use on their own and a greater understanding of themselves. The sessions are relaxing and people often report they find my voice soothing.
Whatever you are wanting to work on, you'll find me a non-judgemental and inclusive practitioner who is committed to making sure you get to your goal, whatever your gender, neurotype, lifestyle, line of work etc.
I want you to derive long-lasting change so I use a methodical, holistic and integrative approach using a range of techniques drawn from hypnotherapy, mindfulness, NLP, EFT and more. This doesn't mean your programme will last any longer than necessary though: this is still brief therapy but a rapid transformation therapist I am not.
I'm someone who has learnt about wellness from the inside out having overcome mental and physical health challenges myself in the past. I know what it is like to be the client and so am committed to providing good customer service and checking my assumptions.
I'm always adding to my learning whether through formal training, listening to lectures and podcasts or through my own practice.I am committed to providing high quality, considered and ethical care.
Get in touch for a complementary chat so we can find out more about each other and see if we're a good fit. I ask that my clients are also open-minded about the process and committed to practicing the techniques I share.
I also continually check for feedback so I can make sure I'm on track with what I plan and can also tailor the techniques to you. They are powerful and widely beneficial but not one-size-fits-all.

The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including hypnotherapy.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.
The National Council for Hypnotherapy holds one of the largest registers of independent Hypnotherapists in the United Kingdom and strives to maintain the highest standards among its members. There is an agreed Code of Conduct, an established Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure and all members are obliged to maintain comprehensive Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance, maintain regular CPD (continuing professional development) hours, and attend Supervision when needed.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
