About me
I'm an experienced and accredited Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, bringing warmth and compassion to therapy sessions to create a safe, supportive and positive environment for our work together. I offer appointments either in person or online via Zoom.
I believe that we all have the resources within ourselves to feel and perform better and that Solution Focused Hypnotherapy can help you tap into these to achieve your goal. I work with adults, young people and children aged 8+.
During our work together I explain, simply and effectively, how our minds work. My clients often say that understanding the mind's role in creating stress, anxiety and other issues impacting our mental health - and how we can use it to improve how we feel too - is key to their success. Hypnotherapy can help those who struggle with low mood, stress, low confidence, poor self-esteem, are anxious or angry, need help to cope with IBS, OCD, resolve a phobia, sleep issues and to stop smoking or vaping to name but a few.
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a goal-oriented talking therapy that combines psychotherapy with natural hypnosis, and with client commitment, has been proven time and again to be highly effective in bringing about positive and lasting change.
If you're not sure if hypnotherapy is for you or you have any questions about the process, I offer a free, no-obligation discovery call. Please just get in touch to arrange a suitable date/time. (If you book an enquiry call via the Hypnotherapy Directory I will confirm the booking or reschedule if the date/time selected is no longer available, alternatively please just contact me directly and we can arrange a good time to suit you.)
Away from the therapy room I combine running my successful practice with my roles as hypnotherapy supervisor and senior lecturer, training and assessing the hypnotherapists of the future.

The Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH) was set up to provide information about a modern form of Hypnotherapy and its associated benefits to members of the public. The main aim of the AfSFH is to spread awareness of the benefits of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. Its secondary aim is to support Hypnotherapists in their businesses by encouraging good practice and self-care.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
