Hello and welcome to my profile!
Let me briefly introduce myself and discuss the services I offer.
My name is Dorota. I am a qualified Hypnotherapist and certified Counsellor with an educational background in Psychology. I work in an open, flexible and creative style, trusting in the efficacy of the therapeutic relationship. In my approach I incorporate elements of Mindfulness, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), humanistic approach and use my intuition.
I work closely with clients to discover the root of the problem and create long-lasting, effective changes in their lives. You may be facing challenges with anxiety, depression, insomnia, stress, past trauma, bereavement and low self-esteem. I am here to support you; to accompany you in your journey of self-discovery and healing.

I am a Hypnotherapist and Solution Focused Counsellor. I trained with the Central Academy of Clinical Hypnosis and NLP, where I graduated with distinction. I have two degrees in Psychology and have completed training on a range of subjects, including Certificate in Understanding Nutrition and Health, Certificate in Understanding Working in Health Sector, Certificate in Equality and Diversity, Certificate in Understanding Dignity and Safeguarding in Adult Health and Social Care and Data Protection and Information Governance.
I have worked in mental health sector assisting clients in overcoming their obstacles and challenges since 2016. I have supported people in different settings including residential, community and an inpatient mental health hospital. My work experience includes providing therapeutic support to adults struggling with stress, anxiety, low mood, poor self-esteem, experiencing schizophrenia, depression, paranoia, sexual and/or physical abuse, suicidal thoughts and eating disorders.
Helping other people to heal and grow is my life mission and each day I'm grateful that I can do what I love as a job.
