About me
I am a clinical hypnotherapist and psychotherapist based in St. Albans working with adults, teenagers and younger children. I offer an initial consultation so you can see how can I help you. Sessions can be in person or online, whichever suits you, and can be in English or Turkish. During the session I will support you to unlock and begin to realise your own inner resources, to find the best solutions for yourself. Whether you realise it or not, you have the power to find and activate these solutions within yourself. Sometimes we don't know how to begin and continue this process, which is absolutely normal, given our habits and upbringing.
As a Solution-focused therapist, I offer you the opportunity to find and use your own power to transform patterns of thinking and action that have not served you, into those that express the best of yourself.
