About me
I have an advanced diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and use this as well as a combination of other techniques including neurolinguistic programming, emotional freedom technique, integral eye movement therapy and CBT to help rewire the subconscious mind for lasting, meaningful change. I support clients for a range of issues including stress, anxiety and insomnia, inner child healing, emotional eating, trichotillomania (BFRB), smoking and vape cessation, confidence building and weight loss. I am qualified to support adults as well as children from 5 years old.

Training, qualifications & experience
I hold an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy which I was awarded with after my GQCH (initial Clinical Hypnotherapy Diploma).
Clinical Hypnotherapy is a modern approach based on the latest scientific research, including neuroscience. I hold a degree in psychology and have been studying the brain for years.
Many people come to me for help managing stress and anxiety, both work related stress and emotional and psychological stress. We unpack the stress and get to the root of it. I will teach you how to relax your body effectively so that you can help to calm yourself down anytime and any place.
I have a diploma in yoga therapy as well as further qualifications in trauma and PTSD and life coaching which has allowed me to support clients through life changing experiences.
I have significant experience in teaching and mentoring and combine this with therapeutic techniques to support you as an individual to achieve your personal goals.
Member organisations
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC). Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level. All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
