About me

I’m David, a qualified Solution Focused Hypnotherapist. I help people reduce stress, ease tension, improve sleep, and build resilience so they can feel calmer, clearer, and more confident.

I offer in person and online hypnotherapy sessions for issues such as anxiety, panic attacks, depression, phobias, sleep problems, unwanted habits in and around Grantham.

My approach is simple: small, positive changes repeated each day create lasting wellbeing.

I provide a supportive and confidential space, guiding you to find your best way forward.

Sessions begin with a free consultation so you can explore whether this feels right for you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I discovered hypnotherapy after being inspired by Paul McKenna’s work, and since then have dedicated myself to helping others create positive change. I’ve trained extensively in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and Sports Massage Therapy, blending mind–body approaches to support both mental and physical wellbeing.

Qualifications & Memberships:

Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH)
Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD, Level 4) – Registered with the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH)
Sports Massage Therapy Certification, Level 3
Fully insured & DBS checked

I work with clients on a wide range of issues including stress, anxiety, sleep problems, IBS, smoking cessation, weight management, confidence, and performance enhancement. My focus is always on practical, solution-focused steps that empower clients to take control of their wellbeing.

Further information

Clients describe me as patient, positive, and supportive, with many reporting significant improvements in sleep, mood, confidence, and resilience after sessions. Some feel benefits within just a few weeks, while others choose longer-term support or occasional maintenance sessions.

I believe the mind and body are deeply connected - calming one helps the other. I work with clients to support them to hear the messages their mind and body are sending, and gain clarity to move forwards.
