About me
Maybe you’re feeling stuck in a cycle of overthinking, anxiety or low self-worth, constantly coping, but rarely feeling fully at ease. You might look like you’re managing well on the outside while underneath you feel anxious, disconnected, overwhelmed or caught in patterns you can’t seem to shift.
I work online with adults experiencing anxiety, low confidence, relationship and attachment difficulties, low mood, emotional overwhelm and periods of significant change. My approach combines clinical hypnotherapy with integrative therapeutic work, so sessions are tailored to you rather than following a one-size-fits-all method.
You might be here because:
You feel anxious or caught in overthinking, even when life looks “fine” on paper
Your inner critic is loud, relentless and exhausting
You’re struggling with panic attacks, sleep difficulties, stress or burnout
You’re questioning your direction in life or going through a major transition
You feel emotionally flat, disconnected or stuck in a low mood
You often feel “not good enough”, at work, in relationships or within yourself
You notice patterns in your relationships that repeatedly leave you feeling hurt, rejected or unseen
You find it difficult to trust others or feel safe in close relationships
You’ve experienced a breakup, loss or personal crisis that has left you feeling ungrounded
You’re tired of simply coping and want to feel more confident, grounded and connected to yourself
Therapy with me is collaborative and tailored to you. We’ll look not only at what you’re experiencing now, but also at the patterns, beliefs and emotional responses underneath it, and work towards changes that feel meaningful and sustainable.
My Approach
My approach is integrative and trauma-informed. Rather than applying the same technique to everyone, I draw on different therapeutic approaches depending on you, what you’re struggling with and what seems to be keeping the pattern in place.
I’m a CNHC-registered Clinical Hypnotherapist and Hypno-Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, and my work may draw on:
Internal Family Systems (IFS / parts work)
Gestalt and Transactional Analysis
CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy
Clinical hypnotherapy, metaphor and mind-body work
Our work is fully tailored to you. Sessions may involve hypnotherapy, parts work, practical psychological tools, exploring deeper emotional patterns, or simply having space to think, feel and make sense of what is happening.
Common Areas I Help With
Anxiety, overthinking, stress and burnout
Self-doubt, confidence and low self-esteem
Depression, low mood and emotional numbness
Life transitions and existential questions
Performance anxiety and fear of public speaking
Attachment patterns and relationship difficulties
