About me
Hello, my name is Dalia. I am a qualified hypnotherapist offering a calm, supportive space where you can work through anxiety, stress, confidence issues, habits, fears, emotional wellbeing, weight management, and menopause‑related challenges. I work in both Lithuanian and English. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and centred on your individual needs, using evidence‑informed hypnotherapy techniques to help you create meaningful and lasting change.
My background includes many years of working as a qualified Lithuanian interpreter and translator within mental health services, social care, police, courts, and prisons. I have also worked as a qualified assessor and tutor for interpreter qualifications. These experiences strengthened my ability to remain attuned, grounded, and respectful while supporting people during vulnerable moments, and they naturally led me towards therapeutic work.
I aim to offer a warm, non‑judgemental environment where you can explore your goals at your own pace and move towards positive, lasting change.

info Information about health conditions (*)
Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.

Further information
My path into therapy developed through many years of supporting people at vulnerable and emotionally complex moments in their lives. Working as a qualified Lithuanian interpreter, translator, assessor, and tutor exposed me to a wide range of human experiences and strengthened my commitment to helping people feel heard, understood, and safe. Alongside this work, self‑hypnosis has been part of my life for over twenty years, supporting me through challenging times and deepening my appreciation for the therapeutic potential of hypnotherapy long before I trained formally.
