About me
Freedom from Stress, Anxiety and Overwhelm — The 'Finding You' Anxiety Programme
Many of the people I work with appear to be coping on the outside, yet internally feel exhausted by stress, anxiety, overthinking or a constant sense that something isn’t quite right.
You may have tried counselling, talking therapies, or other approaches that helped you understand your situation but didn’t create the lasting shift you were hoping for.
My work is different.
Rather than repeatedly analysing problems, I work directly with the subconscious mind using a content-free approach to release the patterns and emotional responses behind anxiety, panic attacks, overthinking and emotional exhaustion; restoring confidence, calm thinking and control.
This focused way of working allows deep change to happen more quickly, and the 'Finding You' Anxiety Programme now has a proven track record of helping clients achieve meaningful change in just five weeks.
I am a hypnotherapist and mentor with many years of experience working with clients both online and face to face, supporting people nationally to regain confidence, calm thinking and emotional balance.
This is not weekly talking therapy.
This is structured, results-focused work designed to create real change.
If you feel ready to move forward, book a free call to explore whether the Finding You Programme is the right fit for you.

Further information
I work with clients online across the UK and internationally, offering the same depth of transformation and effectiveness as face-to-face sessions. Many people find online work even more relaxing and convenient, allowing them to settle comfortably in their own space while making powerful, lasting changes.
My way of working is intuitive, instinctive, and supportive. Every session is shaped around you — your pace, your needs, and what feels right in the moment. Together, we work with the subconscious to release emotional blocks and restore a sense of calm, and a more confident and positive outlook on life.
I also welcome clients in person at my private practice at Gilbert’s End Farm near Upton upon Severn — a peaceful countryside setting with a warm, comfortable therapy room. Free, secure parking is available.
